My number one beauty secret is sleep, and lots of it. When you get eight to ten hours of sleep a night, your skin has ample time to heal and rejuvenate.

Secondly, drink lots of water. Eight glasses a day or 64 ounces is the recommended amount. Water flushes toxins out of the body, and hydrates the skin, leaving it glowing.

Last, but certainly not least: Wear sunscreen daily. You should use an SPF of no less than 15.
Most makeup contains a low dose of sun screen, around 6 SPF. Combined with a daily sunscreen, this should provide adequate coverage.
I use a 45 SPF on my face and all exposed skin when I know that I am going to be out in the sun. You will have fewer wrinkles as you age, and greatly reduce your risk of cancer.
