Face Toning Exercises To Get You Started

Forehead Exercises

Anti-wrinkle exercises will help eliminate, smooth and prevent wrinkles of the forehead.

Place your fingertips of each hand just above your brows. Pulling the skin down with your fingers try to raise your eyebrows at the same time. Repeat this ten times.


Exercises for Eye Area

Gently tone the eye muscles to help eliminate or prevent wrinkles.

Crows feet wrinkles- Place a finger at each outer eye corner and hold gently with a slight upward slant, Squint and release this move 10 times.

Sagging eyelids and under eye puffiness- Raise your eyebrows and place your index fingers close to the brow bone. At the same time, try to close your eyes. Repeat this ten times.


Under Eye Wrinkles

Close your eyes and arch your eyebrows as high as possible. Hold this position for the count of 10. Relax and repeat the sequence 10 times.


Cheek Exercises

To exercise facial muscle in the cheeks to tone cheekbones -With your mouth closed in a relaxed smile, suck in your cheeks toward and on to your teeth. Hold this for 10 counts, relax and repeat 10 times.

Exercise #2- With eyes and mouth closed, smile as wide as you can. Hold for 10 counts. Repeat 10 times.


Jowl Exercise

Lean your head back and form a long oval with your mouth. Close and open your mouth with your lower jaw 10 times. Relax, Repeat 4 sets.


Exercise for Mouth Area

To smooth fine lines that form around the mouth. Keeping your mouth closed and teeth together, smile as broadly as possible without opening your lips. Hold position for 5 counts, relax, - repeat 10 times.

Exercise #2- Move your mouth into a puckered kiss. Relax the kiss. Keeping your mouth closed, draw in, and curl your lips back across your teeth in an exaggerated smile. Hold  for a count of 10 and repeat 10 times.


Double Chin Exercise

Lie flat on your back while slowly moving your chin to your chest. Hold for a count of 5. Lie back and relax. Repeat 10 times.

Exercise #2- Sit straight and look up. Open your mouth as wide as you can. Keeping your mouth open, place your hand on your neck. Close your mouth slowly using your bottom jaw only. Relax and repeat 10 times.

Neck Exercise

To exercise face muscle in the neck- Arch your neck backward and place your hand on your neck just under the chin. Slide your hand slowly downward to your collarbone. Hold this outstretched movement for five seconds and repeat 5 times.

Exercise #2– Tilt your head back looking up while keeping your lips closed. Start a chewing movement with your mouth.  Relax, and repeat 10 times.
